Welcome to John F. Kennedy Middle School, a proud building in the Comsewogue School District located in Port Jefferson Station, New York. We are quite proud of our school and the level of education our 830 students receive. Our school, which encompasses grades six to eight, has 80-plus teaching staff and 40-plus support staff who strive every day to assist students in becoming excellent citizens, meet rigorous academic standards, and maintain an environment where students are supported and safe.

We at the middle school recognize the common needs of our students, as well as the wide range of individual physical, intellectual, emotional, and social stages of development. Our educational program is geared to provide a foundation of cognitive learning and effective experiences in classroom settings that accommodate individual learning styles, talents, and abilities. Opportunities for student exploration in Career and Technical Education, Fine Arts, Physical Education, and social activities are in integral part of the middle school experience. Flexibility, individualization, and enrichment characterize the various program offerings.
